Cumbria Insurance Brokers, established in 1963 was the first independent insurance brokers in Carlisle. Providing a wide variety of insurance products and risk management advice our business is built on long standing relationships, offering a personal service based on the clients needs and requirements.
In this predominantly new business position you will be developing,
maintaining, servicing and advising your own bank of commercial
clients, ensuring FSA compliance is maintained at all times. Focusing
on clients particularly in the North West England region you will
build relationships of trust, ensuring a personal touch and excellent
customer care is central to your business relationships. Visiting
clients, liaising with insurers and negotiating, you will take
the time to understand clients’ business, listen and advise
in a personal and professional manner.
To be successful in this role you will have significant, demonstrable
previous Account Executive experience in a commercial broking environment.
You will need to show a good understanding of a range of insurance
products and have the ability to develop excellent relationships
with clients and insurers. ACII qualification or equivalent is
preferred.
